Medford Urban Renewal Agency is moving forward with a schedule for the Evergreen Mixed Use Project (previously referred to as Bella Vita) in Downtown Medford.

Contractor Interest
Medford Urban Renewal Agency is preparing to extend a request for interest in the Evergreen Mixed Use Project. The site is located on the block bordered by Evergreen Way, 8th Street, Fir Street and Main Street.

This request for interest will provide an opportunity for interested parties to come forward to discuss the project's possibilities.

Based on interest in the project, the Agency will proceed with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process as required by the City Center Revitalization Plan.

Developer-Ready Site
The site is developer-ready with parking, access, Condominium Master Document (flexible for modification) and draft Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) in place.

Site Vicinity Improvements
The Agency is proceeding with further enhancements to the site vicinity, including sidewalk, street lights, street trees, fencing and surface area improvements on Fir Street and Eighth Street.

Interim Use
The Agency is considering its short term options while taking current market conditions into consideration.

Agency Commitment
Medford Urban Renewal Agency Board of Directors remains committed to the Evergreen Mixed Use Project and is moving forward with a schedule conducive to present conditions.
