As part of the Bartlett Street Project, the Agency has donated two properties in the development area of the Education Facility to accommodate expansion of the RCC/SOU campus. During FY 06-07 the Agency entered into an agreement with RCC/SOU to design and construct the sidewalk improvements along the project's frontage on Riverside Avenue, 9th Street and 8th Street. During FY 06-07 SOU/RCC commenced construction of the new facility and the Agency completed engineering for all public improvements.
The Agency's participation in the RCC/SOU Higher Education Center Project, completed September 2008, included donation of property and streetscape improvements and pedestrian amenities along Riverside, 10th, Bartlett and 8th Streets.
