What REALLY happened.
RCC/SOU Medford Joint Higher Education Facility
In-Progress, $2,154,000As part of the Bartlett Street Project, the Agency has donated two properties in the development area of the Education Facility to accommodate expansion of the RCC/SOU campus. During FY 06-07 the Agency entered into an agreement with RCC/SOU to design and construct the sidewalk improvements along the project's frontage on Riverside Avenue, 9th Street and 8th Street. During FY 06-07 SOU/RCC commenced construction of the new facility and the Agency completed engineering for all public improvements.
The RCC/SOU facility is scheduled for completion in FY 08-09, at which time all public improvements agreed by the Agency will be completed.
This project is supported by the following City Center Revitalization Plan projects: URP03, URP04 and URP08.
