Lion's Sight and Hearing
2002, $21,000Improvements to the infrastructure in the 100-block of North Holly Street include 50 feet of new residential sidewalk, grading and paving of 100 feet of alley, and installation of new storm-water detention lines. Funding by MURA provided for the necessary public infrastructure improvements for the new Lion's Sight and Hearing four-unit apartment at 140 North Holly Street. The storm drainage line was adequately sized to accommodate future redevelopment of neighboring properties.
