Evergreen Parking Facility

The project involved the construction of a 410 space, 4-story parking structure, with one level located underground at the intersection of Main and Fir Streets. The facilitate the project, a non-historic one-story building was purchased by the Agency and demolished. Additionally, a sanitary sewer that bisected the property was relocated into the public right-of-way.

Located within easy walking distance to retail, jobs, housing, and Rogue Community College, the parking structure will be surrounded by three buildings that will contain a mix of retail with office and residential on the upper floors.

Included with the project is the construction of Evergreen Way and reconstruction of the sidewalks on Main, Eighth, and Fir Streets. The sidewalks will have street trees with tree grates and decorative streetlights.
