In FY 04-05, The Agency agreed to provide funding for neighborhood enhancement projects and seed money for a home rehabilitation program in the Liberty Park (Beatty Manzanita) area. The neighborhood enhancement projects include $500,000 for a neighborhood park, $200,000 for sidewalks and streetscape improvements and three annual installments of $60,000 for the Rehabilitation Loan Program.
