3rd and Central Streetscape Project
2004, $145,000When Heritage Motors purchased two buildings at the intersection of 3rd Street and Central Avenue and committed to doing a full seismic retrofit and facade improvement to the buildings, they requested the Agency partner in their renovation project by improving the surrounding streetscape. New curbs, sidewalks, tree grates, street trees, and decorative lights were added along 3rd Street and Central Avenue replacing the deteriorated sidewalks.
