Central Art Supply houses the largest selection of artists' paints, brushes and supplies between Portland and San Francisco. Central Art buys in volume direct from manufacturers, so their prices are "extremely competitive," even rivaling those found in catalogs! Workshops and demonstrations are frequently offered by local atrists in Central Art Supply's classroom. Topics such as paper making, gold leafing, water color, mat cutting, pastels, acrylics and oils are designed to interest both accomplished crafters/artists as well as novices.
