Welcome to Medford and the Rogue Valley! It is with great enthusiasm that the Medford Visitors and Convention Bureau extends a warm welcome to you. While you?re here, we hope you take the time to sample some of our majestic scenery. From the outdoor activities of fishing, golfing, camping and water sports, to a wide variety of theater and musical events, cultural activities, and a variety of ?tax free? shopping, we have something for everyone. For sightseeing pleasures, several well-known attractions are within a 15 mile drive: Jacksonville, a historic landmark town; Ashland, home of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival; and the beautiful wild and scenic Rogue River. Crater Lake, Oregon?s only National Park is 80 miles northeast. You will find that Medford offers southern Oregon visitors and residents a vibrant city with big city services and small town friendliness, with the easiest access to the most attractions. The Visitors and Convention Bureau staff will be happy to assist you with information, brochures, maps and a friendly smile. Our Visitor Center is located at exit 27.
